I feel I need to tell you this: I am vastly impressed. Your business is operated very effectively and in a very intelligent fashion. It is quite amazing. Ever since the eManifest requirements became mandatory on the US side, I have always dealt with you guys. Never was anything ever unclear. Always was the service above expectations. You guys are fast, flexible, true to your word, knowledgeable. The price is right. You systematically deliver on time. In periods of crisis, you show depth, resourcefulness, helpfulness. All that, despite the facts that OASIS is an erratic, demanding, low-volume client. You improved your website to ensure you kept up to commercial standards. And then, when Canada finally made eManifests a requirement, you took it in perfect stride. I accessed the site when the need arose and there it was, already operational. When I asked questions about the new process, I felt reassured and comfortable. My assistant integrated it in no time and we are now rolling. To top it off, the invoicing for either import or export manifests is fully integrated and seamless. There clearly are some very smart people on your company’s staff. I am guessing all of them. I thought I should send a quick note thanking you for your assistance in regards to my trip to the USA last week. I would have been in big trouble if you had not called and told me about not having an entry number. I didn’t have a lot of trouble getting through customs and the cattle made it in good condition. I would like to take a moment to thank you, for always being so available to our needs when we call for help. Every time we have any kind of questions, it is nice to be able to pick up the phone and actually get answer versus an answering machine. You always take the time to explain certain procedures. I’ve always felt very much at ease to call, because if you don’t have the answer to my question, you always give me a time to which you’ll call me back. I am writing today to let you know how much I appreciated the recent service I received using eManifest Services. We are a very large company in the US NY/NJ area and recently won the opportunity to service a company in Canada. We have never left US soil to perform our services, thus never realized the myriad of paperwork needed to come and go across the US/Canadian border with our trucks and men. Without the generous support of your team we probably would still be at the border trying to figure out how to scale the fence! You took a huge amount of stress off me, assuring me you could get it done, and you DID. I just wanted to take a moment to tell you what an asset you have with Sarah. Yesterday around 6:00 one of my drivers was held up at customs due to a paperwork problem, needless to say he was upset. The paperwork problem just kept escalating, thru the whole thing Sarah was in constant touch with me and also customs and the broker. I have no doubt in my mind that without her help we would not have gotten the driver out. Her outlook, demeanor and professionalism is something you don’t see everyday.
