REVISION REQUEST FORM

Use This Form to Revise an Existing Non-Arrived eManifest.
Drivers get sick, trucks break down, loads change. In the event your information changes it is not always necessary to cancel your eManifest. For many changes we are able to make revisions to an active eManifest, (one that is less than 30 days old.)
One notable exception is changing a Shipment/Cargo Control Number. New PAPS or PARS numbers require a new entry.
Revisions should be completed at least one hour before the driver arrives at the border. Changing an arrived eManifest is complicated, time consuming and not always possible.
eManifest Revision Details
This form has no provision to change the date on your eManifest. The arrival date/time is approximate and does not need to be changed. Border officials understand that schedules may change and that delays can occur due to mechanical issues, illness, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Your eManifest becomes valid one hour after acceptance and remains valid for several days following the originally submitted arrival date. An eManifest older than 30 days may not be modified.
ACE eManifests are required to include a United States contact address for all persons. For non-US citizens the destination address may be used. This could be the Consignee address listed on your eManifest or any address where the individual may be staying.
Drivers and crew members require a driver license and an additional travel document. Passengers require only a travel document (not a driver’s license).
